Our team stands out not only for their certifications and training but also for their commitment to delivering top-notch radon and home safety services. Meet some of the individuals who make it all possible:

Casey Bickes
President
Casey Bickes established and leads Tennessee Radon Services as its president. Prior to launching the company in 2015, Casey gained experience as a radon installer. He holds comprehensive NRPP certifications in all aspects of radon and is dedicated to educating others about the risks of poor air quality. Outside of work, Casey loves duck hunting alongside friends and his trusty retriever, River.

Jessi Moyle
CEO
Jessi, the CEO and co-founder of Tennessee Radon Services (TNRS), relocated to the area from Napa Valley, California, in 2012. She partnered with Casey to establish TNRS in 2015, and the two tied the knot in 2019. Remarkably, they still cherish each other’s company. A University of Georgia alum, Jessi is a passionate college football enthusiast. During the off-season, she loves exploring new destinations, snowboarding, hiking with her four dogs, and indulging in her fondness for wine. Like Casey, Jessi holds full certification in radon testing and mitigation from the NRPP and is driven to inform others about the risks of radon gas.

Bob Cheney
Head of Testing Division
Bob leads the testing division at Tennessee Radon Services (TNRS). Originally from Urbana, Illinois, he relocated to Nashville, drawn by his appreciation for the rolling hills, lush trees, and vibrant live music scene—particularly blues and classic rock. Bob has been an NRPP-certified testing specialist since 2017. Outside of work, he’s a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and enjoys traveling, hunting, and spending time with his dogs, Gunner and Travis.

Bobbi Jo Sauls
Operations Manager
Bobbi Jo became part of the Tennessee Radon Services team in 2023, bringing her management education from Vanderbilt’s Owen School of Business. With two decades of expertise in administration, operations, management, and human resources, she excels in dynamic, high-energy settings. She’s passionate about supporting employees’ career growth and finding innovative ways to enhance processes and workflows. Known for her empathy, compassion, and keen organizational skills, Bobbi Jo is always seeking ways to boost company productivity. She cherishes her two kids, Bailey and Banks, and her dog, Zoey. Her favorite color is green, and in her downtime, she loves lake adventures and soaking up live music.

An energetic person, he’s enthusiastic about golfing and outdoor adventures. When he’s not working, you’ll find him cheering on UT and Tennessee Titans football—always ready to shout, “Titan up!”

Clarke Hines

Clarke graduated from the University of Alabama before joining the Tennessee Radon Services (TNRS) team—a fact we graciously overlook. In his free time, he enjoys deer hunting and tending to horses and cattle. Though he harbors a hidden ambition to become a magician, Clarke currently finds satisfaction in assisting customers with radon mitigation for their homes.

Luis Martinez
Luis has 14 years of hands on experience in radon mitigation, crawlspace encapsulation, water intrusion and everything in between. He is always searching for new ways to improve efficiency and performance. He says that the best part of his job is getting to know and help people all over this beautiful state of Tennessee which he calls home.
In his personal life he is a loving and devoted father of two amazing kids. Married to his beautiful high school sweetheart, going on our 18th year together, praying to god to be blessed with many years next to her.
In his free time, he enjoys gardening with his wife and wrenching on my project truck. In his words, he is just a simple guy who enjoys the simplest things in life!
Our FUR FAMILY
At Tennessee Radon Services we know that pets are part of our family. They live for us as much as we live to make them wag, smile and lick. It’s important that you know that radon not only affects your lungs but the lungs of those that we love and we care for – our four legged friends. Knowing that Radon comes from the ground and our furry family keeps their nose to the ground makes us understand that Radon is not only detrimental to our lungs, but theirs as well. They are susceptible to lung cancer coming from Radon, and therefore we need to mitigate our homes to help keep their lungs healthy, so they can live longer, happier, healthier, lives alongside of us. Here’s a little bit about our family.

Lady
a.k.a. the buzz
Lady came to us on a random Saturday driving down the road when I told Casey to pull into the pound. He said, “we’re not leaving here with a dog,” but I knew we were. It had always been my hope that I would have a pound puppy one day and I am hard to say no to. I had discovered many dogs that I loved, but Casey took a liking to the sweet little face of Lady and 30 minutes later we headed home with our sweet little “Buzz” who loves to roll on her back and get her belly rubbed and run really fast towards birds and squirrels in the yard and licking all of those people that she loves.

River
a.k.a Bix, a.k.a Ms. Raaaaver
River is our love child from before we started dating. She is 13 years young and a retired duck hunter. She loves the water, her mother, her father, and she swallows rawhides before they are ever digested. She is the sweetest companion you could ever imagine and is always up for anything . She will not stop playing until you make her and she loves so fiercely.

Retta – our newest puppy
a.k.a. Retta Beretta a.k.a. Osama Bin Retta
She is going to be a fierce hunting dog once she learns to use the restroom outside. Daddy trains her every day and she loves to play with her sisters. She has not learned yet that everything in her house is not a toy, but we love her little attitude and nonetheless she keeps us on our toes. Stay tuned for more growing up with the terrorist.
